1. Returns

You may return notepads within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrectly shipped.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Personalized or stationery.

Gift cards or promotional items.

Final sale or clearance products.
3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
4. Exchanges
Exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product. Exchange will only be considered for products that arrive in the same damaged or defective condition, as verified by the unboxing. Please note, if the packaging (box, sleeve, courier bag, thank you card, any complimentary gift included) is damaged and product is completely intact, no exchange or refund queries will be entertained. After 24 hours of delivery, these queries won't be eligible for return. In case of missing or defected product, we'll issue a store credit equivalent to the value of the product that can be used later.
5. No Cancellation After Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, we do not accept cancellation if you change your mind. Please ensure that you are satisfied with your order before finalizing the purchase. No refunds will be possible later. Orders placed in sale/discount are not cancelable
6. Your Rights Under Canadian Law
This policy does not affect your rights under Canadian consumer protection laws. In Canada, consumers are entitled to refunds or replacements for goods that are:
