    We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada.

  • International Shipping (United States):
    We also ship to the USA. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

    Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight, size, and destination of your order.
    The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

  • Free Shipping Offers:
    From time to time, Aura Notes may offer free shipping promotions. Any active offers will be clearly mentioned on our website or social media pages.

3. Processing Time
  • Order Processing:
    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Custom or Bulk Orders:
    For personalized, custom-made, or large-quantity orders, processing times may take longer. We will notify you of any extended timelines when you place your order.

4. Delivery Time
  • Standard Delivery:
    Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days after your order is processed.

  • Express Delivery:
    Estimated delivery within 3–4 business days after your order is processed.
    Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout with additional charges.

   Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as destination, weather conditions, or courier delays.

5. Order Tracking
  • Tracking Information:
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier details so you can track your package directly.

  • Tracking Issues:
    If you experience any issues tracking your package, please contact us at auranotes.studio@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to assist. 

6. Delivery Issues
  • Delivery Delays:
    We strive to ensure on-time delivery; however, delays may occur due to courier or weather-related issues.

  • Incorrect Address:
    Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout. Aura Notes is not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, a refund will be issued after deducting shipping costs (to and from).

  • Missed Deliveries:
    If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, carriers may leave a notice with re-delivery or pickup instructions.

  • In cases of repeated missed deliveries or denial, the product will be returned, and the refund will be processed after deducting both-way shipping costs.

    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
